[Cancellation] KGV Gala Race Night

Given the uncertainty of the current situation in Hong Kong, with the deepest regret, we have to announce the cancellation of the Gala Race Night on 27 November 2019.

This is the most difficult decision for us. In addition to the losses in time, efforts and costs, we have to bear the disappointment of our friends. Whilst we have been determined to preserve the continuity of activities, we are concerned about travel restrictions and your safety.

Our team will immediately arrange for ticket refunds which will be sent directly to the person who placed the order. The refund process will be completed within 8 weeks. For refund details, please see below:

·         Tickets Purchased by PayPal
Full refund will be automatically deposited to the same PayPal account used for ticket purchase within 15 working days

·         Tickets Purchased by Bank Transfer and Cheque
A separate email will send to the participant to confirm bank information for refunding within 15 working days
